JULY MARKET STATISTICS:
Prices for single-family, re-sale homes went higher again last month.
Pending sales and active listings were up sharply again last month, year-over-year.
Pending sales rose 16.3%, while active listings jumped 17.3%.
* Median home prices increased by 12% year-over-year to $202,578 from $180,000
* The Average home sales price rose by 9.3% year-over-year to $243,465 from $222,672
* Sales prices vs. list price ratio fell by 3% year-over-year to 98% from 101.9%
