3/ Faraday Futures is still on track with their 3 million square feet of manufacturing space to make electric cars.
4/ The 150 acres that sit next to VA Hospital is being planned for a Medical Services and Research Campus.
5/ The 496 acres located just North of the 215 Beltway will generate large-scale complimentary manufacturing and research development for new growth.
6/ North Beltway Industrial Park is east of the I 15 and 215 beltway and is approximately 900 acres. a $24 million dollar. Sewer project along with road improvements of $8.6 million to open up the Tropical and 215 Beltway Interchange.
7/ The former “Pig Farm” that occupied 150 acres will soon be turned into a new home Master Plan called Sedona Ranch, several different builders will be building in the Ranch and the first new homes are expected to be finished by the end of 2017.
8/ It was also announced that a major grocery store will anchor a strip mall on North fifth Street.
9/ Amazon, The Honest Company, Fanatics, Bed Bath and Beyond all are constructing new distribution centers bringing extra jobs into the area.
